Please help TMI

Will be tmi only read a head if you won’t freak out

this is going to sound weird and I’m getting hubby to get a test now as a week and a have ago I got bfn and doctors tomorrow morning...

So I had af which was light pink and red without clots but very water like.. was a few days late but lasted 9 days when af is normally 4/5 days.. well ever since I have been feeling sick all day and night and been sick a few times but I can’t even eat atm only a bite a day cause it makes if worse... now I’d be at 5.5/6 weeks if I were pregnant.. but I’ve not even hit ovulation again yet and I’m spotting light pink...!!!??!! My cycle is normally 32 days

I’ve had tummy cramps this whole time on and off.. some days I can just sleep cause I’m so tired.... And also have indigestion a few times a day... I’m a little scared that if I’m not pregnant something horrible is happening so please if anyone can share if they have had this or anything please do
