Ttc/working out/supplements
So for all of the women out here working out while ttc or pregnant....
While ttc do you use supplements? Such as pre workouts, bcaas, protein?
Did/do you keep doing them while you were pregnant
Did/do you cut back on your workouts during ovulation or after you found out your pregnant.
I'm currently working out pretty heavily...weights and cardio
I'm using pre workout and whey protein .
I'm supposed to start clomid in about 1 month if all goes well......
I do plan on talking to my midwife about it more at my next visit but ild like to know what others do as well.
