Today would have been our gender ultrasound. I know from the pathology you were a little boy. We hadn’t picked a name for you, and haven’t because it’s too hard still.

We’ve got your little sibling on the way now, and we’ve heard their heartbeat today and will see them again tomorrow, something we never were able to have with you baby boy. I know everything happens for a reason, and you just weren’t meant to be on earth with us. Some things just aren’t meant to stay forever.
