Mucinex & OPK; first time using

For the ladies who’ve used mucinex to get pregnant, did you just take one every day? Or did you do one every 12 hours? I’ve been taking one a day for 5 days and then got this positive opk this morning. Should I be doing 2 now? Also, the next 2-3 days should I. Be having sex every day?
