Working on myself
It’s been 10 months since I’ve had my baby and I’ve lost my baby weight but I still have not lost any weight . Going through postpartum depression and anxiety held me back so much on me losing weight , now that I no longer get depression or anxiety I am on a mission to lose weight and tone my body. How did you ladies deal with not having that “mommy body” after having your baby?
