HELP ?!

I am sooo confused as to what is going on with me. My husband and I have been trying to conceive and I have been a pregnancy test-aholic haha. I took a test ( in first picture) that I believed to see a super super faint line on but wasn’t sure so the next day I took a digital first response which came back YES. However this morning I woke up with cramping that feels just like mild period cramps and when I went to use the washroom there was blood. It’s continued all day but isn’t as heavy as my period but it is red and I do see some small clots I believe ?! I just took another cheap pregnancy test and the second line has got darker. Am I having a miscarriage or is there hope to keep this baby ?
