Ovulation after MC

I need help ladies. I MC on 08/06. I bled for around 6 days. 4 being heavy two being light. 17 days after which is around when I would ovulate I got a little EWCM. didn’t really do too much about it but did have intercourse the day after (Saturday and Monday)

Today being Wednesday I have got a lot of egg white cm! A lot more than last week. I’m not sure what’s going on. I did get two negative OPKs. How long did people ovulate after a MC or get their period. I’m desperate to try again but also want to do what’s best for my body.
