Does anyone else experience arousal when they hold in their urine?? I feel like something is hitting my g-spot. It feels like I could almost orgasm from it. Does anyone else experience this?? Can anyone explain this scientifically?

I don’t do this but I have had a UTI that made me feel aroused when I peed. That was my only symptom & it was very awkward explaining that to a doctor lol.
