Boobs went from full heavy sandbags to deflated balloons 😭
About a week before AF shows up each cycle, I have a couple days when my breast feel very heavy and full (and kind of lumpy). Then it goes away, I’m assuming due to dropping progesterone. As of this evening, it happened again so I’m pretty sure it means my progesterone is starting to drop and stupid AF will show up next week (she’s due 9/5 or 9/6) 😭😭😭
