So my sister just gave birth to a baby girl a day ago but I haven’t seen my sister in six years. I want to meet the baby but I don’t think my parents will let me. I’m 17 and can’t drive. I want to be in the babies life but with the state my house is in (my parents) I’m afraid that I won’t be able too...
