Endometriosis

I’m 18 and I’ve had painful periods since I first started at 13 .. I’ve been on the depo shot and the pill since I was 14 (it was the only thing to help the pains) anyone went through this and ended up having endometriosis? I’m young but would love to have a family when I’m older but I have a fear I won’t be able to carry my old child due to this .. ( btw I go to the doctor soon so I’ll be bring this topic up I just wanted to hear y’alls story !)
