Has anyone been diagnosed with APL?

After our 4th pregnancy loss this May, I finally got a diagnosis of APL - a blood clotting disorder. Wondering if anyone else has this or knows anything about it.

Yes, I have this too. For me it was diagnosed after our stillborn. Getting the diagnosis is really hard but there are relatively easy and safe drugs you can take to improve your chances of a healthy baby. I was on plaquenil, aspirin and clexane throughout my last pregnancy and now have a beautiful healthy 6 month old. I'm sorry for your pregnancy losses. Hopefully now you have a diagnosis things will be better next time.

Yes, it took 2 Mc to figure it out. I am on baby aspirin and daily lovenox injections as soon as I’m am pregnant. after the 2 Mc I got pregnant again and went along with the injection plan and had my daughter who is now 2. You have to continue the injections 6wks after birth to make sure you don’t form any clots. I had a stillbirth in May (believed to be unrelated to the APL) and this time they’re having me take the aspirin even while I’m not pregnant to help decrease any chances of clotting

Pretty sure I do. Had a recheck last week and haven't gotten the results back yet. But I did test positive for the antibody in June. Currently taking baby aspirin every day.
