Early pregnancy symptoms...

How early is it possible to start having symptoms of pregnancy? According to Glow, I’m 6dpo and I have been so nauseous and urinating more often than usual. I’ve also been having back pain which is unusual. I don’t want to test yet because it is too early but BLEH!!
