Think I had IB

I'm so anxious! My period is due tomorrow. Yesterday I had really light pink spotting only when wiping. I'm hoping it was IB. I didn't experience it with my frist, but I know every pregnancy is different. Waiting about 5 days to test if AF doesn't show up!! Anyone else going through something similar ?
