Any ideas?

So on the 13th of August i got my nexplanon inserted. That was a Monday on the friday before hand. i had sex unprotected. I was already on the patch before hand and didnt take it off until a week after the nexplanon was inserted. I came on my period from July 28-August 1. So now 2 weeks later I'm getting really nauseous easily and weird cramps. I know these are side effects but i was supposed to start my period sometime this weekend. I was very irregular before the patch the patch regulated my period but with the nexplanon idk if its not doing the same or there's a chance I'm pregnant.
