Hemorrhage?!

Okay so I’m 9w6d today and I had my first ultrasound. Just a quick one they came in my room to do to check on everything. They said I looked right around 9 weeks (which i think is normal?) but they also found a Hemorrhage. They said it was smaller than the baby and the sac and that it’s up kinda high right now. They told me what to watch for. I did go through this with my last pregnancy but I found out because I started bleeding so I made an er visit. I was around 6.5 weeks with her so it’s a little different. I’m just freaking out and really nervous. Anyone go through this before with more than one pregnancy?
