Hypotension advice ?

Any of you ladies dealing with hypotension ? I have been for the last few weeks and it really is getting the best of me . I have no energy for anything , and I'm always weak and drained . My doc has not done much about it besides send me to the hospital for fluids so I was wondering if any of you ladies deal with this and your doc has gave you some tips . TIA .

My blood pressure is always low and I feel weak all the time, sometimes when I am too tired I literally feel like Im gonna pass out! My doctor is not concerned tho, he just told me to be careful not to fall and to rest as much as I can and thats it!

What’s your BP been at mines been 110/57-58 the last month and even at that range I’m tired dizzy and headaches all time
