What kind of cramps

Guys I’m going crazy! I am currently 4 days late and got a negative pregnancy test this morning. I’m not having any of my usual period symptoms (sore breasts, back ache, small breakouts), but I have been having intermittent abdominal cramping for the last few days.

I have a couple friends who said they got negative tests when they were actually pregnant and I’m starting to wonder if that’s my case. I’m starting to drive myself nuts thinking “oh I started” when I actually didn’t and it’s just cramping. Has anyone else experienced this??
