Confused, please help!

So I had my third miscarriage within a year in July, this time I had to get a D&C. This was 7/31. Two weeks after my OB cleared me for sex since I stopped bleeding and we BD a few times the days after. I kept taking pregnancy test just to see when it would be negative, it got fainter and fainter and this is the test I got Saturday

On Tuesday, exactly 4 weeks after my D&C I started what I thought was my period. Lots of old blood, some fresh, and cramping. Yesterday it was still enough to fill a tampon in a few hours, today there’s barely spotting. I had one pregnancy test left today and thought what the heck, and then I got this.

Now I don’t know if this a new pregnancy? Is this still leftover hcg, and if yes, why is it getting darker? What about the bleeding? I know the only one that can tell me for sure is my OB, I‘m just looking for opinions and hopefully success stories until I can see him on Tuesday. I’m freaking out right now, I can’t handle a 4th miscarriage...
