Should I take a pregnancy test or is it in my head?

I've been having cramps. It feels like a weird version of a period cramp, if that makes sense. Like dull but still painful. I am also 2 days late with terrible nausea that's been happening all week. TMI, but my vagina also feels swollen. My cm also is pretty plentiful for being just before my period (it usually is completely gone a week to a couple days before my period). It's pretty much completely clear and very liquid-y. I don't know if these are just symptoms in my head or if I actually should be freaked out and take a test.
