Success after stopping letrozole and clomid?

I have been on medication to try and assist me getting pregnant for going on 7 months now (3 clomid, 3 letrozole, and 1 gonal injections) some of these treatments occurred after it was discovered that I had ureaplasma and my husband and I were cleared of it. My fertility specialist wants me to take a month off and try naturally (which is how I conceived my first two children). Anyone have any luck with a similar story? That they finally get pregnant after stopping all the drugs?
