I'm pretty sure I'm experiencing them, but I'm not sure. I feel tension in my lower abdomen and lower back. Started yesterday evening and tappered off this morning. I still feel some tension but its less than what I felt yesterday.

Baby is moving around like normal and no spotting.

This my third pregnancy and I have a history of preterm labor (was able to prevent preterm birth) but that was 6 years ago and to be honest I do/don't remember what contractions feel like, so I'm not sure what I'm feeling.

Have to wait two weeks for my next appointment but I'm thinking I might call the nurses line to see if I go to L&D or to the clinic to be monitored, just in case.
