Urge.
Im 2 months clean but the last couple days have been super hard. All I have is the urge to cut its like the old ones are telling me to do it they ache and it feels good in dure it’s a sign I mean what’s one more cut right? One more wont hurt I’m sure of it, and if one turns into two it’s not s big deal I guess. I don’t know what to do where to go who to speak to I can’t cope anymore I’m not coping
