ASCUS/hpv positive

Hi everyone, I recently had a Pap smear which came back with ASCUS result, so I followed up with a general HPV test which came back positive. Both tests were through Planned Parenthood and I don’t have any information about whether I have a high or low risk strain of HPV. Needless to say, the whole this is pretty unsettling. Does anyone here have any experience with this or have any advice/reassurance? I could definitely use it!
