Do you gain weight on the pill?

In barely on day 5 of using the pill but want to know if everyone gains weight or not all

I’ve been on the pill for 5 months.... it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I used to have very very VERY HEAVY periods lasting 4 days and incredibly painful cramps that were keeping in the restroom for hours. After 3 years of dealing with that I finally turned to the pill for my first time. Omg my period are so light and cramps are short and quick and way less painful. I feel you’ll only gain weight if you’re not an active person but idk I don’t feel affected in that way by the pill. Only thing that grew was my boobs lol I think it’s important to look at your medical history and talk to your doctor about everything . Ask so many questions about every option! I was worried too about gaining weight but im still good, btw I’m an active person. Only people I’ve heard of that gained weight on the pill were very inactive, drinkers , or ate horribly .

Been on it for nearly a year and haven't gained any weight. Depo shot is notorious for weight gain

I gained a small amount of weight but since I'm still underweight it wasn't a big deal for me.
