Horrible cramps with AF

So I’ve been anxiously waiting for AF to start after getting my beta results. INSTANT REGRET.....these are the worst cramps I’ve had, to the point where I dreamt about having bad cramps and woke up to it being reality. Anyone else get super bad cramps with AF after IUI?
