Why does my baby’s ultrasound photo look like a monkey?!

I swear she’s had the cutest ultrasound photos up until our last our at 20 weeks and now she looks like a monkey to me, or Bart Simpson!

They gave us a 3D ultrasound pic as well and her bottom lip looks giant! It’s so bizarre.

Did any of yours look this way or just overall strange?

I’m asking because our baby was recently diagnosed with BWS as well as an omphalocele and now I feel like I am over analyzing everything but want to be aware of early signs for anything else.
