Reactive hypoglycemia
Anyone else suffer through reactive hypoglycemia? I'm totally new to it and STRUGGLING. My sugar drops so quick and so random and my anxiety is spiraling because of the shaky, light headed feelings. My doctors suggestion was eating every 2-3 hours but what are some handy snacks to be eating and what are foods to avoid? I'm a huge sweet tea junkie and feel like I'm going to have to cut that out 😩 my doctor also said I would eventually grow out of it 🤷🏼♀️ thanks for the input!
