aversions and morning sickness— anyone else ?

Anybody else feeling sick all the time because NO food sounds good so you’re just constantly starving and nauseated ??

Yes! That was me a few weeks ago. I had an aversion to water and basically all food. I went to the store and walked up and down the isles and picked the things that sounded the least disgusting and got a ton of Gatorade. I'd fill a glass with ice and water the gatorade down a little first, and the combo of staying hydrated and forcing myself to eat every 2ish hours made it so much better. Breton crackers I did okay with! Try to get some protein down too. Protein is supposed to help clear the built up hormones from your liver which helps with the morning sickness!

Yes I’m miserable. 
This is my second pregnancy. With my first I was super sick starting at 6 weeks. I got Zofran from the OBGYN which kept me from puking, but the nausea still lasted for 20 weeks 😞
This time the nausea started at 5 weeks. Today I couldn’t keep anything down & I have literally been nauseous the entire week. I’m going to call Monday even though I haven’t had my first apt yet and see if they can write me a prescription bc I can’t handle this again 😭

Yep. Nothing sounds good. I also get sick everytime I eat a meal. Doesn't happen so much when I snack, but I'm always hungry
