Like nobody would want you before you found a good man I’m with a man now who abused me and feel worthless I’ve been molested as a child so not a big sex drive no family to turn to I’m legally blind 5 percent sight on disability I got fat too 140 at 4 ft 10 can you see how I’d feel worthless?? Will a good man ever love me?? Has any of you been in my kind of situation???

Yes, I think everyone feels that at one point but it's complete bullshit. Why do we tell ourselves this crap? Would you ever say half the mean things you tell yourself to anyone else? I always assumed I would be alone all my life but all in good time,  I found the person who's perfect for me. Don't ever give up hope and don't ever settle.

I feel you, and YES aGood MAN WILL LOVE YOU but 1st you have to LOVE YOURSELF!!! Get out the bad situation, and focus on you. Find you what makes yoy happy with out a man and a good one will come.... he may have been there all the while waiting for you to change your situation. I pray for you to GET ALL THE HAPPY YOU CAN STAND.

You’re in such a vulnerable situation and he’s preying on that vulnerability - probably a total control freak, insecure and hates himself so he takes it out on you. Do you have a counselor or a support network? Someone you can confide in, who could help you? My low self esteem and depression also resulted in a big weight gain - I asked my primary care doctor for a referral to a nutritionist and a physical therapist to help me lose weight and strengthen my knees (which have been so painful since gaining so much weight.) And my health insurance covers the cost of these specialists. Instead of “joining a gym” and trying to do it on my own - I know I need guidance and support. And the better I feel in my body, the better I have begun to feel about my life.
