Tearing using the bathroom??

Hey all so I’m 5 weeks PP and I’m guessing everything healed up good since I’m not bleeding anymore etc. I noticed this after I had given birth. The first time it happened about 2 weeks after my daughter was born. I was going #2 and all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain, honestly I thought I ate something that didn’t digest but I looke down and saw blood. So apparently the skin around my bum stretched and tore. Now it wasn’t like that when I went to the bathroom up until the 2 week mark. It’s now happened about 4 times total. I have to go slow when using the bathroom because I’m afraid I’ll feel that same sharp pain and it’s so uncomfortable In the first place. I had a vaginal delivery with only inside tearing and had a hemorrhoid prior to when I gave birth. Has anyone ever had this happens to them or might know what’s going on???
