Gym time
So I’m usually pretty active and I feel terrible for not continuing to workout but I’m so exhausted!!! I know I should be working out and eating super healthy right now but when I get home from my 14 hr shifts I just crash on the couch! Ugh how do you ladies get the energy to keep working out!!! Even when I do try Little nugget makes me so tired I can barely finish a 20 Minute workout
