Info on menstrual cups?

Hi guys,
I normally use a combination of tampons and pads but recently I was in the store and found a menstrual cup. It was very interesting and I wanted to try it, but I wanted to hear some opinions on it first. I'm 17, and my period lasts 5 days every 37 days or so. Would you recommend one, and if so, why?

I brought a menstrual cup, it has been a total lifesaver, as someone who can soak through a tampon and pad within an hour on my heaviest days and barely need a pantyliner on my lightest days this has suited me down to the ground. It is less messy than changing a tampon. Doesn’t leave you with that period smell you get with a pad and I can barely tell it is in.
It takes a bit of practice to learn to put it in but honestly I love it and have saved so much money on sanitary products. I use the cup and wet wipes in my bag if I am out in public and need to empty it but in all honesty you can leave it in for 12 hours with a regular flow so can avoid having to sort it out in public at all. On my heaviest days I last maybe 4 hours before emptying. It has saved me from having to make sure there is a toilet nearby when I am out on a bad day and you can go swimming with it in.
I sound like a saleswoman but honestly it has made my period way less inconvenient.

I love my Lena cup. You can wear them up to twelve hours even on my heaviest days but every one is different   You don't feel them at all they go in and you can forget about them. I became more In tune with what's going on while I was on my period which I find was awesome they are reusable so no need to run to the drug store to buy pad and tampons and they are better for the earth  you can swim dance go for a run do anything you want with them in.
