I need some help...

Okay girls. So I'm going to give it to you straight. This is my first post on here and I just need some help. Tonight my boyfriend of almost 2 years and I got busy and he's currently pulling out before he reaches climax. He's always been excellent at pulling out in time and we havent had an accident yet. Keep in mind he's always honest about everything during sex and he would tell me if he finished inside me. (Honestly he would freak out because we are very serious about not doing that yet) so really, we just need some help. Tonight he got close to finishing so he did the normal thing and pulled out and started using his hand to help him finish. But the thing is, he didnt finish. So, he went back in thinking he just misjudged, but after that it's like he just lost his erection completely. He had to leave for work, otherwise he was going to try and finish himself to make sure. He says he didnt finish. He didnt feel anything come out, and he never felt any pulsing like you normally would during an orgasm. He also still felt like he could keep going instead of needing a refractory period. So the answer is probably "well he just didnt orgasm" but this has never happened before, and we are just wondering if it's a normal thing that were unaware of, and not to worry.

Also I am 18 and he is 19 if anyone is curious.
