How in the world do you sleep with engorged boobs

Like what the heck.

I have stitches galore down there and so I have to sleep on my side with a pillow and ice pack between my legs to be comfortable.

But sleeping on my side with these bowling ball boobs is so painful.

(I’m formula feeding so pumping isn’t an option)

pregnancy sucked, labor sucked more, post partum sucks the most 👍🏻

At least when I look at my little boy I forget about the pain... for a minute lol he’s totally worth it, I just can’t handle pain for the life of me.
