Late period

Yall my period is a day late and this past mont ive been more active cause i just started dacing so im Getting more excercise and on top of that ive been super stressed i just got my first apartment and my boyfriend moved states 🙄anyway for the last week ive been having really bad cramps and back pain its happening as i type im stil having period symptoms w no period any ideas ? The last time i had a late period i knew instantly i was pregnant last December i lost my baby in February but im not having that gut feeling this time
