Ovary pain at 7 weeks pregnant

Hi girls ,

I was lucky to conceive in my second cycle on Clomid 50mg. I had no symptoms from the tablets as I took them at night.

Anyway, since I found out I was pregnant Iv had the normal ovulation pain I got when taking Clomid! But Iv already conceived! As you can probably guess I’m confused. Do you think there’s maybe a cyst on one of them? Could be why I’m in pain?
