Cramping but no period??

Question

Need some advice/input. For the past 3 days I’ve been experiencing mild cramping but no period? My period is 4 days late now..I’ve started getting some mild headaches also. I tested Saturday and it was negative. 
Any ideas what it could be?

Maybe your periods just late and your feeling the symptoms but not getting it yet. Last month my period was seven days late and about three days before I got it, I was feeling the symptoms too.

That happen to me and can the expected time the next month (right now) and my period is making me pay for its fault of skipping lol
