Has anyone taken Femara?

Question

I’ve been ttc since our miscarriage abut I can’t seem to fall pregnant. I’ve done two rounds of Clomid which had been very hard in my body and the side effects have been terrible. My dr recommend trying this out to see how I do or I could take a month off and let my body do it’s own thing. I know I don’t ovulate without the medicine I just feel as if I’m trying so hard and I’m stressed that I can’t make it work. I don’t k so what to do. I really just think I need some advice. Also please don’t be ugly I’m putting myself out here for help.

I've taken both I had horrible side effects with Clomid and it did not work as well. I started femara with my fertility specialist because you have to be monitored when you're on it last month they almost cancelled my cycle because I had so many follicles.  I had to immediately stop taking my femara wait a couple days to make sure they did not grow anymore in the end I had for mature follicles

Clomid was awful on me. I did 7 rounds with no success. Femara was so much better, the only side effect was a couple minor headaches. I’m pregnant now after my second round.

I’ve taken both drugs. Both made me ovulate but Femara has less side effects if you take it at night before bed. I’ve yet to stay pregnant, I’ve had two early losses, one with each drug. But that’s not the medications fault I don’t think. I’m 30 and have pcos, been trying to conceive for several years. I know how you feel, it’s hard but keep trying, I know we can do it!
