Early pregnancy cramps!

This question is for anyone who has been pregnant before/is pregnant now, when will my early pregnancy cramps go away? They are no severe and there is no bleeding or spotting so I am not concerned and my OBGYN said they are normal. My pregnancy has already been confirmed with HCG levels which were tested 3 times to ensure they were doubling and I have a ultrasound sept 13th. Currently I am 4 weeks and 5 days and I am having cramping and it’s definitely a little

Painful and annoying so just wondering when it will be gone and also if y’all know of anything that will help??? I didn’t have any cramps with my first and normally I would take meds but obviously can’t. I hate pain!!!!
