Bleeding

I just learned I’m pregnant. I think I’m about 2 weeks or 3 weeks in. But I’ve been bleeding for the past week and 5 days. It’s been light bleeding but it stopped for two days and now it’s back. I’ve been told by my doctor to stay home and not walk as much or do any activities that can cause more bleeding. I have an appointment tomorrow for another check up. For the past two days my bleeding has been red and watery. Is this normal or has anyone experienced this before?
