Help!
Hi, I just found out I’m about 3 weeks 4 days pregnant and I have worked out before getting pregnant...I haven’t been doing the best to work out like I did every day but two days of the weekend. for the past maybe month and half I’ve slacked a little so maybe 3-4 days of working out sometimes 5 days. Do I just keep what I’m doing? I lift weights and it’s all done at home. My YMCA isn’t open yet and was going to start working out there...I just want to know if it’s ok?
