I wake up

I wake up every morning so nauseous and so sick (I know it’s normal) but I can not keep anything down (not even a glass of water). I wake up and go to sleep with headaches (maybe because I’m dehydrated). Anything you mamas recommend? Home remedies? I’m dyin’ ova here lol. I’m 6 weeks and 6 days
