Condom broke twice. Should I be worried?

Today my boyfriend and I were having sex and the condom broke twice, he noticed right away and switched them. I’m on birth control and I take it very seriously and take it every day almost always at the exact same time. I’m not really that worried about it cuz he didn’t really cum in me and he noticed right away. Plus I’m so anal about my birth control. Idk what do you guys think.
