Heavy Period
So I was on mirena iud for 4 years & I got it taken out almost 2 months ago & I was so use to only wearing a panty liner on my period, but now my periods are so heavy I have to wear a super plus tampon & a pad. Anyone else gone through this? Is there something I can do to reduce my period being heavy?
