Pregnant or not?

So my fiancè and I have been TTC for 5 months now, its our first time trying. I'm currently on holiday... I'm 5 days late! I'm never late! My nipples are tender... I've had period cramps for 5 days now but still no period. When I check my bbt its raised... but I don't know if thats because I'm on holiday?
I just wanted some different inputs from you guys... have any of you experienced this before, tested & its still been negative? Or are these signs the start of pregnancy?
I would test, but I'm in holiday & there are no pharmacies around...

This was exactly what I was like but we weren't trying. I had cramps for a few days and was expecting my period. At that point I knew next to nothing about pregnancy or ovulating etc. I still hadn't gotten my period after 6 days of cramps so I took as test to be sure and it said pregnant! Just keep looking after yourself and enjoy your holiday then test when you get back :)

Last August i had sore breast but i was still testing negative until i was 18 days late .
