cd7 IVF cycle already nuts

is it normal to have really sore boobs? be really bloated and head ache 6 days into stims? 7 more days till retrieval. can I curl up and sleep forever? this is cycle number 1. And it's more a cycle to see how my body reacts. how do I not seem crazy to other people and how do I not get my hopes up? I'm 39. pcos. high AMH. is having a month off in between cycles recommended? I was doing femara before this and am starting to feel slightly jaded. I have holidays coming up and I could not even be bothered. I think I'm tired.
