I know implantation occurs anywhere from day 6 -12 but I wondered if now I’m 7dpo I should feel different or only if implantation had happened?

I’m currently in TTW and the 4th cycle of trying, last month I was sure we had conceived as I had unusual symptoms that I’ve not had before, weird sharp pains in centre low down that were so painful it stopped me in my tracks, yellow discharge, stabbing pains in breasts sadly I wasn’t. This cycle I’ve stayed relaxed and I haven’t been obsessing or thinking too much into it, just getting on with life, today I checked as I’m due to fly abroad for work early tomorrow morning which makes me wonder if I should feel any different... I also hope this trip away for work doesn’t disturb the implantation process.
