How do you make it in between doctors appointments without worrying ???

I’m in between doctors appointments and i just wanna know that my little one is okay. I just need some reassurance that he/she is growing healthy and strong

I bought a fetal doppler and it has really helped me relax!

It was miserable for me until about 19 weeks when I started to feel for-sure movements. I never bought a Doppler, because I had a feeling it would only make me panic if I couldn’t get a hb for some reason (baby’s position, etc). So I just tried to distract myself from thinking about it much. Now I can feel him moving multiple times a day, so it’s easier to feel calm.

I also bought a fetal Doppler and I can’t find the hb. Appointment on Friday. I will worry nonstop until then

My next appointment isn’t until the 17th so I’m freaking out! Im trying to find ways to keep my self distracted.
