Breastfeeding and pumping
Mamas who are EBF, do you also pump? I was pumping after every feed early on to increase my supply and help my milk come in as I struggled with this in the first week. I gradually stopped pumping and now I’m not doing it at all. My daughter is 19 days old and feeds every 3 hrs during the day and 3-4 at night. Should I still be pumping? I just found it ended up taking so much time each feed by the time she ate, I pumped and cleaned the pump parts.
